On the afternoon of December 4th, Mr. Nghiem Xuan Thanh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee had a meeting and worked with Shinec Joint Stock Company and foreign investors. According to the report of the Provincial Economic Zone and Industrial Park Management Board, there are currently many industrial parks in the province that are attracting investment with attractive incentives. In particular, Ninh Diem 1 industrial park has a scale of 241.5 hectares with a total investment of more than VND 2,834 billion, oriented to become a comprehensive industrial park, developed according to the ecological industrial model, complying with ESG sustainable development standards (a set of criteria for evaluating sustainable development activities of enterprises based on environmental, social and businesses administration factors). The main objective of Ninh Diem 1 Industrial Park is to invest in construction and business of industrial park infrastructure according to the ecological industrial park model with a synchronous and modern technical infrastructure system.

Foreign investors also highly appreciated the potential and strengths of Khanh Hoa; at the same time, they expressed their desire to learn and have opportunities to cooperate and invest in the province. In particular, enterprises from Singapore expressed their interest in high-tech projects, LNG (liquefied natural gas), the financial sector and the Ninh Diem 1 Industrial Park Project. At the same time, investors also wanted to invest in water supply, drainage and waste treatment infrastructure for economic zones and industrial parks in Khanh Hoa province. For businesses from Europe and Australia hoping to explore investment opportunities in energy, technology, logistics and real estate.

Speaking at the meeting, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nghiem Xuan Thanh welcomed Shinec Joint Stock Company and foreign investors to learn about and be determined to implement industrial projects in Khanh Hoa province. Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nghiem Xuan Thanh also introduced some of Khanh Hoa's current potentials and strengths, especially the fields in which the province is promoting investment attraction in the coming time. For Ninh Diem 1 Industrial Park currently has many advantages to become a large industrial park in the region and receives the attention of many domestic and foreign investors. Therefore, Provincial Party Secretary Nghiem Xuan Thanh hopes that foreign investors will continue to research and closely coordinate with Shinec Joint Stock Company, the province's functional departments and branches identify investment areas. Khanh Hoa province will also promote traffic infrastructure connections, facilitate administrative procedures, and preferential land policies, with the goal of forming and developing an industrial and energy center in the province.
